Answer phone calls and book appointments through SAM system

Determine and understand guest's needs
~ Educate guests on products
and services
~ Ring sales through SAM system
~ Resolve customer
issues
~ Maintain a clean and safe work environment |

Your Qualifications:
~ Experience in guest service
and sales
~ Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation
skills
~ Point of Sale Experience (some computer experience)
