Reservations and Admission
Reservations
All reservations are made at the reception desk at
905-877-1500 or 1-866-477-SPAA.
A credit card number
must be provided when making a reservation in the Spa
for booking any services over $50.00.
Spa Admission
We are pleased to welcome clients 16 years of age
and older. All clients under 16 require adult
supervision in order to receive treatments.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer spa services or
admission to clients under the age of 8 years. Children
of any age may not accompany parents for treatments or
to any of the lounges.
Other Important Notes
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first
treatment of the day. Early arrival will allow you ample
time to complete the necessary case history forms on
your first visit to our Spa.
To add enjoyment to your day and to help others enjoy
their Spa Day as well, please turn off all cellular
phones and pagers when you enter the Spa.
Please let us know if we can make you more
comfortable during your visit; massage pressure,
lighting, music volume, etc.
Smoking is prohibited throughout our facility.
Unfortunately, The Spa on Main is not responsible for
lost or stolen items.
All prices are exclusive of tax and are subject to
change without notice.

Guarantee, Deposit
and Cancellation Policy
Individual Services
In order for us to provide the best possible
service, we request that you provide a credit card
number to guarantee a booking.
A 24 hour cancellation
notice is required.
Packages
To better serve our clients, Day Packages at the Spa
require 48-hour prior booking and a credit card to
guarantee the booking.
Group Parties
All groups are required to provide a $50.00
non-refundable deposit. 72-hour change or cancellation
notice is required or full cost will be billed.
Deposit
is required at time of booking.
